I was wondering what everyone has to say about them. I am considering using one for my next project. Also, how does an individual go about ordering one? Is the MSRP price on their list set in stone, or is it like other Firearm manufacturers MSRP's? Thanks

FFL dealers get a small discount off the suggested retail. The only negative comments I heard about the MRC short actions are they are heavy, much heavier than other similar sized actions.

My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

Both of the actions are a ittle longer (and heavier) than the standard sized actions. The short action holds the 284 and 7x57 rounds easily and the long action can be used to make 375H&H sized guns with no machining necessary.

MSRP is basically the retail price but delivery is a problem apparently with some models having long lead times.
