Morning "Rant" on customer service
Big Grin Well for a change this is a "good rant" on customer service. About two weeks ago I called Cooper firearms and asked about the charge for putting a new recoil pad on my Cooper. Keep in mind, I bought this Cooper "used".
They transferred my call to Mr. Rob Behr, I explained that the recoil pad just didn't fit right and wanted a price to replace.
Rob, said to send it, the stock back and he would replace it for FREE clap, now thats a damn good price. So I ship the stock over and a few days later Rob calls and says he is not happy with the bedding in the stock and asked if I would send the action over so they could re-bed it. At thispoint I feel as if I am surely dreaming as I had just woke from my afternoon nap Big Grin Confused
In less than a week later my gun arrives at my door in a new Cooper box and not one dime of any charge. The work, test target, and S+Ins all picked up by Cooper Firearm and Mr. Rob Behp
Does it get any better than that?
Thank You Cooper Firearms

Thanks for sharing the informantion. I have a Cooper that is flawless (imho) but it is nice to know if anything goes wrong that Cooper will respond.

Positive threads are desperately needed. Seems there's so much complaint threads about gun companys.

Thanks

I saw last night on rimfirecentral a guy with a Cooper in 6.5x55 shoot a 3shoot group of 0.05!

Now thats a nice rifle!
