MK V aftermarket trigger?

Does anyone make an aftermarket trigger for a Weatherby Mark V? I have a synthetic .300 WBY that I got a good deal on a few years back and feel like the rifle could benefit from a better trigger. Looked through Brownell's and Midway's gunsmithing catalogs and didn't see anything.

Thanks,

Matt

I have a Canjar single set that *looks like* it fits a MkV, but I don't know for sure. $100 and a couple bucks for shipping and you can find out for sure. [Smile]

.......Down to 2 pounds for the reg. trigger and half ounce for the set........

Gentlemen

I was under the impression that Weatherby used canjar triggers on their rifles?

I guess canjar would be the one to contact for a trigger.

I had a Canjar installed on a Mk V, either the smith who installed it or the trigger itself was no good. I ended up with the factory trigger again - with a lighter spring installed by a different smith. Probably still have the Canjar lying around somewhere..
