MarteriusOff topic - New stock profile!?
I got a mail yesterday with the subject line "new stock profile" and opened it eagerly, awaiting some interesting point from someone somewhere on gunstock design. No such luck. It was spam - some bugger wanting me to invest my hard earned money on the stock market. Internet can be cruel sometimes...

Regards,
Martin

jeffeossoMartin,
You should have known.. after all, don't we all actually want an Ober. model B or rigby stock, rather than some new one?

MarteriusTrue, it serves me right for letting my mind wander away from the classics...

At least I got better of than a friend who got a mail with the subject "love animals" and thought that PETA had started sending out spam. When he opened it, it was someone who wanted to sell films about "alternative sexual habits" that made him whish it had been from PETA after all...

tiggertateFWIW that's a favorite scam from Nigeria (and New Jersey) What the buyer doesn't know is that the "broker" holds tons of fairly low value stock wich they sell to the unsuspecting at 2-3 times value. A little more subtle than the "help me get my millions out of the bank" fax scam.
