I have a used Bushmaster carbon fiber AR-15 that did not feed properly. It is a rifle that I purchased used. So I sent it back to Bushmaster and they replaced the upper (for free). Now it functions flawlessly. Turnaround time was about 3 weeks. I am very pleased.

I have had a problem with my Carbon Bushmaster as well. I was not as satisfied. Basically mine would not extract some rounds. I called them, sent it back. They polished the chamber or something like that. Same problem! I am getting rather fed up with having to take a cleaning rod (to poke out spent rounds) every time I go to the range.

I sure hope some of it rubs off on Remington.....they need a little good PR!

There should be something really obvious with that. UPS runs West. You might consider sending it in that direction.

Good point westpac! I was hoping to avoid that but, I should probably just bite the bullet and do it.
