I have an old Winchester Model 61 pump-action .22 rifle. It was my 12th birthday present in 1957. The old girl has been fired many, many times, and I believe it has excessive headspace problems, as I have to hold forward pressure on the slide to make it fire. Seems to me I've seen an ad in one of the shooting magazines that advertised a gunsmith who specialized in Win M61's. Anyone know who it was, or have a recommendation for another smith who could fix my problem? Regards, Bill. | ||
