Back in 1993 I traded for a custom 7X57, FN Mauser which was made by a gunsmith named Cubriel (according to seller). Can anyone tell me anything about this smith?

I am pretty confident that his first name was Reggie and I believe he was, for awhile at least, located in San Antonio, Texas.
