I have a stainless steel barrel that is a take-off from a Kimber M98, who made their barrels?

I believe they currently are making their own. I believe that the former Kimber (Oregon) had Wilson-made barrels. I seem to recall reading that in an article on their new 22s in Rifle magazine a month or so back.

What caliber do you have? Are you getting rid of it? My brother has a stainless one in 220 Swift and just loves it, and it's accurate. Phil

I just bought one, it's a Stainless Steel Fluted 24" in .270 win, haven't mounted it yet. It looks real nice, I need to get a reamer, as it is short chambered on the DWM action I want to put it on.
