I am looking at having a 280 built. A nice lighter weight hunter with 22" barrel in a light contour. I would shoot bullets mostly in the 140-160 range. What would be the best twist rate to go with using these parameters?

1 in 9 is what my 280 has. I normally shoot 140s & 160s.
