Something that gets thrown away one minute after it sells? Why not? If I was doing it, I would not install anything at all in the holes. They are just nuisances.

Yeah I know. They will unscrew about two turns and strip. Then you have to insert a 90 degree pick in the action and try to pop them out from the inside. However they are preferable to the cross threaded Remington 700 and Marlin 336 plug screws that had to be drilled out and re-threaded. I like the soft rubber fillers on Browning X-bolts that you just snatch out. Of course not having to remove anything would be preferable as DPCD stated.
