I saw this on sale at Lowes, I was wondering if any of you use it and how accurate it is?

Yes, we used to use similar devices (not digital then) to measure moisture content of wood; the resistance is measured between the two prongs. It does require you to punch two little holes into the wood so using it on the outside of stocks is a no-no. How accurate is it? I do not know about this specific one but the principle is not new technology. I do not use one; I just air dry my blanks at the rate of one year per inch of thickness with the ends sealed. That method works so I am not concerned what the actual moisture content is.
