I understand that the Styer SSG is a barrel that is "shrunk" into the reciever, any body heard of a re-barrel job? |

| No but I have heard someone ruined their SSG barrel by cryo it. |

I have one, nice gun. I don't think it is possible to rebarrel it though. ------------------ www.rifleshooter.com Save a plant, shoot a deer!

I understand that they are pressed or shrunk into the reciever as well. [This message has been edited by Daryl Elder (edited 01-23-2002).] |

| I believe I heard that rebarrelling a Steyr was a "back to the factory" proposition. ------------------ Andr |
