Can a Ruger #1B be rebarrelled to 458 Win.?
If so, what kind of cost is involved?

Chris at Pac-nor could probably tell you. SKS I believe does big mags on #1s.

A quick answer is yes, it can be done. They use the same action, I believe for every one of their calibers. I have done some up to 416.
