What do you mean by classic style? The new Alaskans have pretty much the same style stock as they had in the beginning.

I think he means a flat comb; not the Monte Carlo, that the new Alaskan does have.
I have not seen a new Alaskan without the Monte Carlo. Except the one I have.
So, whilst it is "classic' in terms of what the pre 64 Alaskan stock looked like, it is not "classic" the many/most these days define stocks. Clear as mud.

dpcd yes a flat comb no monte carlo. Is your gun a new alaskan and is that the stock it came with. thanks.

Yes a new Alaskan, and yes, I replaced the stock. I don't like the raised comb either!
