Have a plain jane .270 and are looking to rechamber to something new and exciting, any suggestions?

I get the same feeling with that question I would if I saw the owner of a split window Corvette standing with a Sawzall and a crowbar wondering how to make something "exciting" out of it.

Rebarrel it to something. You can't improve on a 270 Win.

Well, there are a number of 270 wildcats, 270 Ackley Improved, 270 Gibbs. Or you could go to a 270 Magnum, either Weatherby or Ackley. If it's on a classic rifle, you might want to consider just leaving it alone or selling it and buying something else. Just an opinion - Dan
