I have a 1951 HVA sporter that I'm building up. I'm doing the stock work, trigger, blue. I came sans front sight hood and rear sight. I need a nice, classic, rear sight to fit the 3/8 dovetail already but in the barrel. I know the williams type flip sights are functional but just wouldn't look right on this rifle. Anyone make a standing or folding 3/8 leaf that is clean looking with out a bunch of white diamonds and micrometer adjustments? If not I'll install a rear NECG ramp over the dovetail. Also, any suggestions on a hood for this rifle--I could make one but.... Thanks! Jay Kolbe

Install a NECG rear sight over the dovetail, it will look nicer that way... Ray Atkinson Atkinson Hunting Adventures 10 Ward Lane, Filer, Idaho, 83328 208-731-4120 rayatkinsonhunting@gmail.com
