Steyr M95 with a bent bolt?

anyone ever see an M95 with a spoon handle or anything other than the right angle ball handle? if I understand the physics correctly (which i probably don't) it's only the rearward pulling of the bolt that moves it backwards, not dependent upon any lateral movement of the bolt. does any of that make sense? how far off base am i?

Cabela's had one with an ornate bent handle with the knob carved to the shape of an acorn.

elathe, did you see this rifle online? or which store, in case i want to take a look?

anyone see a problem with a straight pull rifle having it's handle in a position other than 90 degrees?
