The comb may be too low forcing her to lift her head of the stock to see through the scope. You could add one of the trap shooting pads to raise the comb and they are padded as well.

Kevin NY nailed it. Women have higher cheek bones than men. You can get a "Cheek Eeze" pad from Brownells. Peel off the back and it sticks right on her stock. Get the thick one.
