I have requested that the Stockmaker Show and Tell be take down. It is time to move on and let someone with an idea go to the top.

I still have the DVD on stock projects and I will be watching the PM's and try to answer anyone with questions.

I try to be fair to everyone and the honest people on this forum has been tops.

I have made one of my goals to make 80 and now I will be trying for the next goal of 90.

Thanks,

Les Brooks

Les
I for one would like for it to stay up.

I come back and read it a couple times a year.

I also have directed a few who asked questions

that would be answered by Stockmaker Show and tell.

It's a masterpiece. Let us keep it. Thanks Kenny

Congratulations on making 80 Les. I am told by some of my friends who are older than 80 that the key to making 90 is to keep movin - keep active. So you'll easily make 90 and probably 100.

Les I'll miss the thread but am glad I still have the thumb drive. I have to say thanks to you after how many times I've read through it and what I got out of it, and all of your other help too. Congrats on 80 and best wishes for 90.

Les,

I believe the stock thread should stay pinned - it is so informative and interesting that it will inspire future stock makers.

When I learned that you could make a rifle stock as beautiful as the stocks you make, from the bed of your pick-up truck Eeker I was like, OK I have GOT to try this!

I have your thumb drive and backed-up everything to an archive so that I do not have to buy a second thumb drive to replace the first thumb drive that I lost - yep I did that!

Thanks for all your help. Les! I hope you enjoyed the Les Brooks Classic stock profile drawing I did for you!

There are always new people looking to learn more. To be a good steward to the next generation of shooters, I think the thread should stay pinned.
