convert bolt to left-handed

Hi. Are many gunsmiths converting older actions (mauser, springfield, pre '64 win) to a left hand bolt? I have a friend who wants one. Springfield preferred. Not sure where to begin. Thanks.

The conversion isnt cheap either. You will have far more invested into doing this than you would if you just went out and bought a current M70 or Rem 700.
