Any anybody tell me how to adjust/lighten the trigger on my L591??? I assume it is adjustable and does not need stoning?? Also while the action is out of the stock I thought I'd give the trigger mech a good clean. I was thinking of giving is a good spraying of white lighter fuel as a solvent to remove any oils which have got in there. Does this sound ok??? Anything else I should watch for?? Thanks in advance, Pete

PeteE As previously mentioned will try and contact you direct in a couple or so days. In the meantime while you have your action out of the stock consider coating the underside of the action in a light covering of grease to repel water. That way if gets saturated with water you shouldn't need to take it apart. Some would scream that this will affect things because you are introducing something between the bedding and action - never noticed any difference myself other than I don't worry when it rains which being in North Wales I suspect might be a help to you! My normal (ie not stainless) tikka has not a speck of rust on it underneath and has regularly been soaked.
