The answer is 'yes'. The receiver hole spacing on the 1964-to-present Model 70; all versions including those in .375 H&H, the post-1990 'Classic', etc. is exactly the same.
This hole spacing is different than the pre-64 Model 70, and of course it's different than the true .308-size short-action Model 70 that was introduced in the 1980s.
But if you have a post-64 Model 70 chambered in anything between .25-06 and .458 Win. Mag., including .375 & .416, the hole spacing is exactly the same.
