New Brno rifles as differentiated from CZ?

While doing a search on the net for a friend I found this website of the Zbrojovka Brno company and some of it's rifles. They seem somewhat ornate and the gold damascening may not be to everyone's taste, but is the same CZ company or are they different? The action on these rifles is the distinct traditional Mauser 98 as different from the CZ 550 from the shape...

Thanks for the answers in advance and good hunting.

As my politically incorrect evil twin skippy would say: "That's one n*****ed up looking gun."

This Brno More here is the decedent of the original Brno A, B, 21, 22, ZG-47 and VZ-24. They have been producing 98's on thier wartime actions for a good number of years, but they seldom get imported into the US. I had a full stock 9.3x62 a few years ago. Nice rifle for the money.

They also produce the same 98 under various European distributor names, such as Frankonia.

MehulKamdar,
They are two distinct companies and have been for quite some time. What makes CZ look as a "newer" company is that their production was according to my source masked by the Zbrojovka Brno brand untill the communist rule ceased.

The Z.B. brand was known world-wide whereas CZ was not, so all production got the Z.B. stamp in order to draw in more foreign currency.

Regards
