The mag cut off will not allow the carrier to operate unless it is pushed in all the time. Please PM me if you have any knowledge of this model.

The adjustment on the buffer block in the butt stock has to have enough clearance to allow the action to function when firing. The other problem we seen most of the time was the failure to clean the floating chamber and it would rust up. Go to Steves pages and look for Win. 59. It is the basic action made of an aluminum alloy. These frames split and Win. would replace them for a long time, but then they quit replacing them.
