I recently contacted MTM Case-Gard with regards to a height adjusting nut on my rifle rest that I had mislaid, I received a very prompt reply from Mr George Stebbins offering to post a replacement part to me. As nothing arrived after 4 weeks I contacted MTM Case-Gard and George promptly re issued the missing part suggesting the original had been lost in the post.
This morning the part arrived and I would like to thank MTM Case-Gard and George Stebbins for their excellent customer care service.
This probably doesn't to much for you guys who are well used to good after care service but as you can see I am based in the United Kingdom and such service is rare from our home based suppliers.
