bought a Parker Hale imported by Jana, Denver Co. It's in the only "wrong" magnum caliber.. great for unsrewing the barrel and screwing on a 375 Ruger.. looks to me like a FN Supreme. haven't removed the bases yet..more to come as we learn more about the new Ruger 375.. somethiing to make the long Wyoming winter pass.. This is actually a great business deal for Hornady.....(I'm assuming) they got Ruger to pay for the tooling for the 375 Ruger so they can have first and exclusive chambering and the name after their company but the guy that is going to be selling the product is Steve Hornady in dies and brass and ammo because there will be 10-1 converted rifles to Ruger rifles out there.

Hornady will do 100 times the profits on this thing over Ruger!!

I've got to be careful.. my favorite son-in-law uses one on deer and elk in Panhandle Idaho country.. he seems to do okay with it, but I have tactfuly suggested that I could make a "real" rifle out of it with a 300 win mag barrel.. he's intrested.. I offered to do it for him gratis.. we'll see. Les

Parker Hale rifles were usually built on the Spanish-made Santa Barbara mauser actions.
The Ruger round will still fit and function well!

Look at the side of the rear tang. See if it is stamped Spain. Looks just like a FN, Bolt handle will be different. Has a C ring
