I have a Sako Forester .22-.250. I love the rifle but hate the the trigger. I have had a gunsmith try to make it better but it is still not to my liking. It is just not consistent. Would like to put an aftermarket trigger on it but can't find one. Anyone got any suggestions?

Dear ledvm,
As the other writer noted--most of the time the originals make VERY fine triggers BUT, if you need to?? Call Timney Triggers or Brownells and be done with it.

Bohica,
Have talked to Brownells and they say they no of no one that makes a trigger for that rifle. Have heard rumors that Canjar does.

tsturm,
Mine is very adjustable. You can get it light with no overtravel but it just breaks inconsistent. Not creepy just inconsistent. Different everytime. Have heard others complain about the same thing with Sako triggers. Would love to send it to another gunsmith who feels he "really knows how" to fix these Sako triggers. Got any suggestions???
