Action/barrel thread compatibility question
I have a PacNor barrel that was taken off a Whitworth/Mark X action. Are there other actions that are compatible with this barrel thread?

Regards,
Brian

the THREADS are the same as a large ring mauser, assuming a normal mark X.

the chamber will have to be attended to by a smith.

mark x, charles daly, mauser 98 large rings. PERIOD

Thanks for your replies and for the information. I was aware of the need for headspacing, etc. I was simply noodling about a future project and wanted to know what other actions could be considered as options.
