I need a good Model 70/ dangerous game rifle mechanic to fix a feeding problem and do a general tune up. Any suggestions?

If it's the "new" Model 70...I don't think they were ever designed to feed! I've opened the rails ala old M-70, made a new magazine box, installed a pre 64 follower and spring...not in a position to help, but might give you idea of what needs to be done

It's an early 90's vintage that started out life as a .375 with various problems. Just for fun, I changed out the barrel for a "take off" .458 barrel and replaced the magazine and follower.
