Just for the members interest; My brother-in law "Dominic Rago" served his apprenteship under world renouned engraver and gunsmith Walter Holouch at his Fox Chase Gunshop in Phillidelphia, PA in the early 60's, and now has his own shop in Virginia. He specializes in making obsolete and difficult to obtain parts such as firing pins, springs, ect., for high grade doubles, both rifle and shotgun. Other services include rust blueing, beautiful stock work and flawless checkering (he is currently backlogged aprox. 18 mos. on blueing and stock work). He's not inexpensive, but when is quality work inexpensive. Dom had his Shop "Bristol Gun and Tackle" in Bristol, PA from the mid 60's through through 1973, some of you from that area may remember him.
