Does anyone have the dimensions of the .303 Epps? I recently acquired a Ross sporter that has been rebarrelled (but not marked) to a .303 British Improved type cartridge that I believe to be .303 Epps but I don't have the dimensions to compare. While I'm at it, does anyone know the thread specs on a Ross barrel? Thanks! Sam B. FireflyArms.com | ||

I own such a beasty, but I had it done. You might NOT have an Epps conversion at all, does your chamber have "LC" marked on it? This was a field chambering job done to loosen the chambers for trench use. Rounds fired in such a chamber come out looking.. well... eeuch! Mine was that way, that's why I had it rechambered.
