#1 1/2 7mm South American carbine. The rotary extractor type. The Drawing is in the NRA Gunsithing Guide, which I don't have right now.

Can anyone post a scan of it, or another accurate drawing of the barrel shank?

I don't have the old barrel to copy. Should be a fun build, 45 ACP. Smiler

Thanks in advance.

You probably have a 1902 roller if it was a South american 7mm; the 1 1/2s were sporting rifles with octagon tops. But you might.
I will get you the threads later; I have both the book and the barrels.

You are right, my bad. It is a #5. I made a trial barrel stub out of bar stock and figured it out.

Thanks, problem solved.
