Anyone have experience using Brux rifle barrels especially the larger calibers? The reports I've read on the web sound good........ Thoughts? Brux Barrels Best, Dave

I've never used one but I've installed several. They appear to be well made. The customers seem to be pleased with them. _______________________________________________________________________________ This is my rifle, there are many like it but this one is mine. Not Larger caliber but I have a heavy varmint contour in 223 that shoots absolutely lights out and cleans up like a dream. Chris

Also not larger calibers, but I did do a 6.5x47 Lapua with one of their barrels. That thing was one of the best barrels I've gotten my hands on. Easily comparible to the Bartlein's that I've been using for a couple years. I'd buy another in a heartbeat. Yes it's cocked, and it has bullets too!!!

Ditto Wetpac's comments. I've build several rifles using customer specified Brux barrels. They sure cut nicely in the lathe, and my customers rave about their accuracy...but I get that a lot from rifles built using Douglas barrels also. John Farner If you haven't, please join the NRA!
