Who would you recommend to engrave the chambering and give a gloss blue on a rifle barrel?

I do my own lathe work and usually just stamp the caliber, but am looking for someone to give a little nicer look to this barrel.

Deep in the middle of nowhere!

I fully expect to end up shipping the barrel and action, etc.
