Gents:

Would anyone be so kind as to submit various examples of engraving for ideas?

Thanks!

3 shots do not make a group, they show a point of aim or impact.
5 shots are a group.

You might want to take a look at a couple of books for inspiration.

1. Custom Firearms Engraving by Turpin
2. Steel Canvas by Wilson

Baaadd !!!!

Kinda funny, tho'..... Smiler Smiler Smiler

BTW, Terry, I just found another and possibly two ZG-47s in .30-06 and am working on acquiring them. One is from an estate and will take awhile and one is owned by a guy who bought it from another guy who first offered it to me...and, well...... what can I say?

So, I will very likely have at least one spare ZG safety if you are still interested and am still very interested in Satterlee's as the first rifle is only 85-90% condition and I will probably strip the action for a custom to go with the 21 action I now have.

Let me know here.
