Short Action Rigby Bolt Face?

Wasn't sure where else to ask. Been looking on internet with no success. It is entirely possible someone already mfgs one and I am unaware.

Well, I believe Dave Kiff makes the short action bolts in .590 so all you would have to do is use a short action Remington action body.

When I was a kid. I had the stick. I had the rock. And I had the mud puddle. I am as adept with them today, as I was back then. Lets see today's kids say that about their IPods, IPads and XBoxes in 45 years!

The 300 Norma Magnum has a .585" base diameter, and if shorter than the 338 Lapua Magnum. I think the shells are 30-06 length. Custom actions use a ,700 diameter bolt body.
