GrosVentreGeorgeNeed a parts for a Parker-Hale Midland action
I just acquired a Parker-Hale Midland in 6.5x55 and I am at a loss as to where I will be able to get a good stock for it. Walnut will be a must of course, I think it would be a shame for it to be mated to anything else.
I think I will also need a hinged floor plate but I am not sure yet. I think I will get a Williams Pre-64 model if you guys think that will work. Possible I might need a bolt stop ejector too. Do I need to find a Parker-Hale bolt stop or will 1903 bolt stop work?

ikesdadI have one of those, its also in 6.5x55. This is a curious hybrid mix of a 98 and a 1903 Springfield. The Bolt stop/ejector was their own design and its a tough job to find one. 98 bottom metal will fit so will any barrel with 98 threads.

Unfortunately they didn't have much to help me. Maybe they might get some parts in the future.
@ikesdad: How happy are you with your PH? Have you kept it stock or have you customized it?
