Tang Tool

Thought you guys might be interesed in this special fixture I made up for installing extended tangs. 1" x 3" aluminum; set screws under tang for fine tuning, a spring loaded stop in back of the recoil lug to position the rear guard screw hole prior to removal. A 1/4" in. hole extends verically at the rear screw for spotting/positioning.

This fixture also allows you to mount in the mill for necessary contouring.

Works very nicely!
