i have 4 or 5 110 savages laying around the shop and was interested in rebarrelling and restocking them. anyone rebarreled without the nut and does anyone make aftermarkeet wood stocks.

I have seen several custom jobs without the nut. Kinda like polishing a t***, though. The nut makes rebarrelling a do-it-yourself project, so why not spin on a barrel and go with it?

As far as stocks go, the 700 stocks are supposed to fit with only minor mods, so the world is your oyster. There are however, several suppliers that have 110 and 10 stocks: Richards microfit, Sharp Shooter Supply, McMillan (IIRC), Boyds. HTH, Dutch.
