Original stock damaged beyond repair. Need type A Mauser sporter stock or reproduction. Any recommendations? Wenig does their Oberndorf Classic which would be a good starting point. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Thanks, Bob

Perhaps you might want to fiberglass that original stock back together, glass in the action so that it is perfectly inletted, and then provide that pattern to one of the folks on this board who do that kind of work. Jeffe comes to mind as someone who has a duplicator, and so does Gunmaker who also has a duplicator and does fabulous stock work. I am sure there are others who have duplicators as well.
