if you have a rifle with a plastic stock (heaven forbid) that seems kind of light and flexible. (such as a remmy mod 7 predator) try taking off the butplate and filling the hollow with expanding foam. leave it sit for a day and cut off the excess. it will stiffen the stock up greatly

expanding foam and a 75-90lb. carbon arrow shaft will do nicely too!
