Oversize Niedner buttplate -- does it exist?

I have a stock that calls for a Niedner plate. The plate I got (from Sunny hill) is about 15% undersized. Do these/did these come in different sizes? Where can I get a large, or something interchangeable?

Need about 5 1/2" or 5 9/16" with the spur, doesn't have to be Niedner. SDH plate was 5/ 1/4" tall and it looks like he sold it on Ebay.

Need 5.5" Dennis, or I will have to take off a LOT of wood and refinish. Kinda pointy at the toe is good, not blunt like Win 70.

I suggested Glenn because he has the ability to make a "special" plate for you. I know he has the plates programmed into the CNC computer. Not sure just how much the extra length will cause the other dimensions to need tweeking too.

Will try again in a few days.

Thank you for posting the information.

I was considering making buttplates, but would rather purchase ready available ones!

Russ,
I finally found this buttplate that I mentioned if you are still looking for one. This one goes 5 5/16 with the spur and is 1 1/8" wide.

Neidner butt plates as sold by Brownell come in one size, but there are many Neidner type steel butt plates for sale out there, many that are a better product than Neidner..

At one point Duane Wiebe was making a nice checkered buttplate. I never got around to ordering one. Unfortunately, he sold the CNC business to someone else that has never responded to any e-mails I have sent.

Frustrating.
