I'm in need of an after market stock for my Charles Daly rifle. The stock that came with the rifle is worthless.

Hi: Its a Mauser Rifle type...many makers make
synthetic stocks for Mauser actions...even
Hogue has one now...I used a Hogue Mauser
full length bedding block on a custom Mauser
(1909 Argentine action), custom barrel...and
very minor fitting was required...a little
shaving at the magazine box section. I have a
Bell & Carlson "Medalist" type stock (aluminum
bedding block type) on another Mauser action
rifle. Both are excellent.

Look at boyds, if you want a laminate. If you want wood look at acuracy inovations and or serringetti stock works. If you are into synthetic stocks try MC millan or if you want to go les expensive bell and Carlson has a munch of models, and colors,. An interarms MK 10 stock will fit your rifle. Its the same Zastava action. All could be found at Midway...tj3006
