I have a Rem mod#722 in the 257 Roberts calaber. It is a very light rifle and has a metal but plate. Does anyone have an ideah on were to get a replacement stock for this rifle. I guess a composit would be my first pick. Iknowmyspellingsucks! Following and duplicating a successful persons actions is worth ten thousand hard headed mistakes | ||

Except where the bolt handle notch is cut, where the "dog knot" is on the barrel, where the safety lever is and the bottom metal cutout is slightly different, a Remington 700 SA stock will fit with minor alteration. Richards Microfit makes a stock for it (http://www.rifle-stocks.com/actions_available.htm). "I ask, sir, what is the Militia? It is the whole people.
