Richochet--- I hate to sound like a smart ass, but it would help some to know *how* it doesn't feed. It's like asking why your car is making a noise.

If the case is not being pushed, and the bolt slides over, this is what I have had to do. Before removing any metal, spread the magazine well slightly. This has helped the stack on my mausers. Then after you have made every attempt, and makes no difference you can stone the lower edge of the feed ramp. I have found a small edge on the rear of the reciever that did not allow the cartridge to come up all the way. Seems like it did not get machined all the way back. Infact when lengthing mags, you need to work that little corner.. This is just what I have done, and I am not a real live gunsith... I just like playing with my toys.... Mauserkid.. Hope this helps.. My mauser feed good now.. Now I want them to eat MAGNUM Cases... [ 07-11-2002, 00:18: Message edited by: Mauserkid ]

No smart ass taken:-) I haven't seen the gun personally. All I know is a guy at work said it will function fine with the right side round. When he goes to chamber the left one in the stack it won't pick it up. He can push it in with a ink pin tip and it will fire and then eject it and chamber the right. I don't know why it would do this but I will tell him to spreag the well and check the feed ramp.
