dr.475releasing agent
is there any way to clean the releasing agent off of the gun metal besides scraping it off? is there any solvent that will remove it without harming the metal? thanks in advance, tom

I use silicone rain impragnating spray (for slip) and it wipes off with Coleman fuel/ white gaz.

Most gun cleaners will soften it up and make it easier to come off.

kcstottif it's the blue release agent in acra glass. Water of alcohol works.
