I just bought a CZ 550 FS in 9.3x62. Beautiful little rifle. I would like to mount my Leupold 1.5-5x20 as low as possible. Question; can the bolt be re-shaped to clear the ocular end of the scope better, and if it can be who would you recommend to do it job? Thanks. Gary

If it were my rifle I would have the bolt handle replaced with an aftermarket unit such as a Talley by someone such as Jim Kobe or the Accu-tig outfit. The ugliest part of the CZ 550 is the bolt handle. IMO Jason "You're not hard-core, unless you live hard-core." _______________________ Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure. -Jason Brown
