I have a Win. Mod 70 Varminter that I need to rebarrel. I would like to purchase a barrel with the same or atleast a similar contour as what came on the rifle. I have noticed that different makers have different ways to list their contours. What I am looking for is a suggestion for a maker & their contour designation to fit my criteria. I am looking at chambering it for either a 22-250AI or the 220 Swift. I am wanting a stainless blank with either a 10 or 12" twist.

Many of the custom makers will contour their blank to match (closely) your barrel.

Just call and ask....many of their websites say they do it for a small extra charge.

PAC-NOR (http://www.pac-nor.com/contours/) comes to mind immediately. They produce a very good barrel (I have three and they all shoot well) and, for $35 will exactly produce your current contour. They will also be able to thread and deep chamber your barrel to to either caliber. All you will need to do is trim the chamber end to the proper headspace and screw it on. By the way, their exterior finish is second to none.

I’ve had Kreiger duplicate two barrel contours for me and they are about as perfect as you can get.

I agree with Masterrifleman, Pacnor is great on contours, and they finish barrels very well.
