The old Stevens I have, has been rechambered to 22 mag. It bulges the case, and is very hard to extract. I am thinking someone just rechambered to the larger magnum case. Does anyone here reline, or work on these old guns? I would like to get it back to shooter condition in 22LR. It looks great but the way it is, it's just hanging on my wall. DW

Send it to John Taylor at johntaylormachine.com

He does an excellent job at a reasonable price. Will be invisible when it is done, and will shoot better than the original Stevens did.
