2 choices:

Fab new ones, takes someone experienced and it's pricey, VERY pricey.
Substitite an entirely different mount taking its own rings.
Regards, Joe

NECG can do it, but when I talked to them a couple months ago they said that the average cost was about $700. Champlin's can also do it. I haven't talked to them yet, but their site lists a starting price of $400.

Another option is the EAW Quick-Loc Mounts from NECG. The mounts cost about $400 and a new set of rings is about $250, but the rings don't require any hand fitting. This setup also doesn't have the objective bell limitations that the claws have.

Griffin and Howe makes a pretty snazzy TOP mount (they still have their side mount as well).
